Our large multinational Pharmaceutical client requires a Document Systems Specialist to analyse document centric business processes and propose technology-based solutions.

The role

To install and configure EDMS systems and tools

To develop EDMS prototype solutions for document centric business processes

To plan and lead EDMS project implementations

To advise best practice for EDMS implementations based on experience

To develop standards and policies for EDMS Project implementations
Ideally you will have

Strong previous experience supporting/implementing EDMS solutions across a wide range of business processes

Experience supporting/implementing some or all of the following technologies - document lifecycle management, document workflows, controlled document management, online forms, scanning technology

Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills and any consultancy experience would be advantageous
Any previous experience validating systems to the FDA standards is highly favourable.
