If someone interested in minding the baby, we can consider reducing the rent OR in exchange of baby minding with Free accommodation and Few bugs in every week.

If you are not interested on baby minding, you can share with us by paying considerable rent of €275 a month + bills.
The house is fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, Internet, TV...). Bus routes 25A, 25X, 239 & 78A. Walking distance to Spar, Lidl, Penny Hill etc.
3 minutes by car to Liffey Valley shopping center or M50.
