Friendly, young professional house-share available in Kimmage, suitable for one (sub-let). Our house is a 3-storey Edwardian red-brick, five-bed in a great location. We are well serviced by Dublin bus, which stops right outside our door (19A, 54A & 83 services into town). Also available is the 18 which journeys to Sandymount via Rathmines and Ranelagh.

We have a comfortable single room to rent until around September 1st. The house is beautiful with a separate modern fitted-kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), large lounge, very large conservatory and a good-sized garden. We have a widescreen TV with cable, as well as wired and wireless 10MB broadband. Also with the house come some very lovely people!

Superquinn and our local shops and bars are two minutes away, and Terenure is just a short walk. Carlisle gym and leisure centre is also within walking distance, just in case you’re feeling sporty.
