We are two professionals running a Limited Company looking for an office of approximately 400-450 sq feet to rent. The office must have the following attributes

1) piped for phone and internet
2) parking (min two spaces)
3) Reasonable window space
4) Reasably modern
5) Access to kitchen / tea room

We are willing to pay €10 per sq/ft, and will be housing four full time staff in the office.

The office does not need to be an 'own door' office, but it cannot be a shared room.

We are currently renting a smaller office in the same area, and have done since July 2009
