Established in 1987, our business has grown to become one of the largest specialist Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyors, with offices at locations throughout the UK are developing their business in the irish market.

Reports to:Associate Director
Key Activities
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Measuring and describing mechanical and electrical installation work
Preparing and using detailed budgets and cost plans
Preparing and interpreting turnover/cash flow projections and profit/loss forecasts
Undertaking the valuing of variations and potential variations
Preparing interim applications for payment
Preparation and presentation of financial control/WIP documentation
The preparation and agreement of final accounts
Management and control of major projects
Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions, etc
Generating business from new and existing clients where possible
Work in compliance with the MQS Quality Manual and site Health and Safety requirements

Experience/Qualifications
Attainment of a recognised construction degree and membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or CIOB.
Minimum of 7 years experience in Quantity Surveying.
