” Not owner occupied! The rent for the apartment is 1250 a month, I pay 600 for the smaller double bed and the larger double bed room is for rent which 650 + bills and deposit.

Living with easy goingt male 32 year old clean and tidy, good person to share with considerate and respectful,, I don’t smoke my self and expect any persons who does, to smoke outside at all times! I currently work long hours from Monday to Thursday leaving the apartment at 7am not returning 10pm plus weekends I am usually out, so the sharer has pretty much most evenings and days to your self, I don’t mind couples, possible to take on contract when I leave.
