As a TA Senior Manager you will be expected to incorporate your expert knowledge and experience to drive towards developing and enhancing effective customer services and processes. Within Fund Services and client Management

The role of TA Senior Manager Fund Services will require you to analyse, further develop and enhance existing processes on an end-to-end basis in order to attain departmental strategic excellence and senior level organisational objectives.
You must have excellent communication, delegation and leadership skills with the ability to comprehend and evaluate key processes while ensuring complete adherence to regulatory guidelines. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work within a high-speed environment while perform effectively within strict clients deadlines.

Key requirements
• A minimum 10 years Transfer Agency / Shareholder Services experience,
• 7 years team managerial experience Ability to show strong leadership
• comprehensive knowledge of Trust Agency Systems
• 5 years + experience in client relationship management
• Extensive project management experience
• Extensive strategy experience/
• Excellent strong leader with excellent communication and problem solving skills
• A strong desire to work within a complex, fast paced, dynamic end to end environment that offers wide scope for career development
