What makes Body Health and Fitness different?

As everyone is unique we access your current lifestyle, nutrition and fitness. We then give you a nutritional program and fitness program catered for you. To help you get the most out of this program we give you a journal which consists of a workout diary, food diary, eating healthy in restaurants, and our trainers will review this every week to give you feedback and advice.
