My client a 4 start Property based in North Dublin are currently seeking a strong people manager to run their busy main bar.
If you have experience in Hotel Bar Management and you would like to work with a progressive world renowned group then this is your chance.

What your role will be?

• You will be in charge of the general running of the bar
• Looking after all staffing issues
• Liaising with the operations manager in relation to all bar functions
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Stock control and management

What will you bring to the role?

• You will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role
• You will be a strong people manager
• You will have an outstanding customer service focus
• You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You will be fluent English speaking
• You will have a strong knowledge of Hotel and Bar operations.
