We are looking for a commis chef to work under our very talented head chef. You will be working in an environment which holds up the slow food ethos of using fresh local produce to prepare simple but delicious meals in a busy seaside setting. Restaurant is dinner service only, tuesday to sunday. An established work ethic is a must, and a background in a similar environment would be a plus. A fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the best, in beautiful West Cork. Start date: about June 15th, employment runs until Sept.
