Chef de Partie required for Tapas Restaurant located in county Kerry.

My Clients have worked hard to create an authentic expression of a Spanish tapas bar in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have proven culinary experience in a similar Tapas restaurant (at least 1 year) or have a passion for this type of food.

Prerequisites for this position include:
-A passion for food and an interest in trying new ideas
-Haccp

Terms and Conditions:
· Working week will involve 5-6 days.
· Salary depends on experience. From €20,000 + per annum
· Holiday pay of 8% paid at end of season
