Excellent position in a 4* hotel in co Wexford - Senior Duty Manager with Food and Beverage experience.

Reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include development, implementation and maintenance of the highest quality standards, creation of department strategies, training and standards to ensure profitable and cost effective operation.
A minimum of 3 years Professional Food & Beverage experience is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills, financial acumen and a proven track record with training and development.
