I'm looking for a creative and experienced web developer (proficient in Ajax, PHP, MySql and Flash) to join me in bringing an online business concept to life. This is a business model which has the opportunity to benefit hugely from the current economic climate.

I'm hoping to build a team which will include a brand strategist and engineer/developer for an equity stake in the business.

The role involves becoming a partner in the project and so would require commitment after launch. I would estimate
about 2-3 months development time.
