My Wife are hoping to relocate back home to dublin in the not too distant future.We woud be looking for a house prefareably.within or Co. Dublin South/City or North next to transport links if possible please/Luas and or Dart...

We have a very special and unusual(Privately Owned) apartment to offer as Sale/Swap.It is a 2nd/top with direct river views of the thames at Hampton. from the much larger than average size lounge.the apartment is a conversion in an historical Grade1 listed Building. called Garricks Villa..with extensive landscaped and weekly maintained impressive grounds to the back and surrounding ares all around the Villa.also we are right next door to Bushy Park which is one of the Royal london protected parks the park itself is absoulutely huge and it includes wild Deer, Lakes and many areas for walking cycling and just relaxing.we are also 15minutes walk from the historical Hampton court palace. and also we have two train stations again 15minutes away both with direct links into central London/Waterloo..

Other areas nearby include Kingston upon thames/Windsor and Richmond.the area is a tourist hotspot therefore there's is an abundance of things to do and sights to see in and around the surrounding areas and of course central London being 30minutes by train an added bonus..

We absolutely love living here as you get the benefits of being a train ride away from central London and yet living in an extensive river and green view area.

Now, as we have two Kids the desire to relocate back home to Dublin is our priority.and to be closer to our family. We will be sad to leave our special apartment.But family are calling!

The apartment also comes with it's own official parking space within the rather large Gravel drive entrance.

The apartment does have all the usual mod cons Cable tv, phone,Kitchen,Washing machine, etc...and a real/original and working fireplace.

Briefly: Garricks Villa is a famous London Mansion house buitl 1759 or there abouts. Once belonging to the actor David Garrick famous for his involvement with bringing Shakespear to the Stage.. there is also a temple right opposite the apartment shakespears temple dedicated to Shakespear by David Garrick and usually there is some event open to all taking place on the lawn most Sundays.our neighbours are patrons of the Temple..You can look up info on the Villa and the temple either google David Garrick/Garricks Villa London Richmond.
