There is a tiled staircase, gated, leading from garden terrace to a roof terrace on the top of the house with superb sea views. The pool terrace has loungers sufficient for 8 persons, sun parasols. Al fresco dining table and chairs. Nice BBQ area.

Living Rooms: Good sized lounge with three settees, TV with channels in English (ie BBC, ITV etc), music system, DVD, player, and patio doors to pool terrace.
Other: Separate dining room with dining table and chair seating for eight persons, and patio windows leading onto balcony with sea views.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Villa is self catering. All bed linen and inside towels supplied. Mid week towel change. End of week total linen change and part clean (if staying more than one week). Extra cleaning can be arranged if required at extra cost.


Notes on accommodation
The villa has two entrances. Detached and walled all round with lockable gates. The roof terrace with its superb sea views also has gate at bottom of the access stairs, which is lockable. The interior stairs leading from the dining room has a safety gate. Smoke alarm fitted. Security shutters. Safe.
Hairdryer. All linen and towels are provided including poolside beach towels.
