My client is a well-established Global Telecommunications Company that currently seeks to recruit a Telecoms Procurement Specialist with experience in buying Telecoms Circuits to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have the choice to be located in either Dublin or London.

Duties include:

Vendor and contract management
Project management
Vetting vendor orders
Liaison with Global procurement team
Archive vendor information
Essential skills:

2-3 years telecoms circuit buying experience essential (equipment buyers will not be considered)
Good understanding of market technologies - Ethernet, SDH, Wave echnology
Good knowledge of the Global Vendor Community
Knowledge working with ISP Vendors
Strong communication and PC skills

Salary in the region or €35-45K+ Depending on experience.
