Internship Job Spec “Recruitment Administrator”

General daily tasks include:

• Working close with recruiters, and Head of Operations on all recruitment activities
• Taking general candidates through the recruitment process (UK/ Ireland) utilising 1st screening templates, carrying out all admin related to this process
• Prioritising candidates as requested, and dividing all candidates into relevant files as discussed, maintaining email boxes, with folders and relevant information required
• Ensuring closure is received on each candidate qualified by status
• Emailing candidates relevant client information and responding to candidate queries
• Checking references from candidates
• Setting up interviews with candidates and maintaining prepping schedules for recruiters, prompting when these sessions need to take place
• Language testing candidates and filling in detailed language template
• Maintaining accurately all recruitment databases
• Re-qualifying candidates on recruitment databases + updating as necessary
• Following up daily on all outstanding tasks.
• Maintaining daily action sheets – priority reports
• Meeting daily with Recruiters, Head of Operations on schedules and actions
• Using initiative to locate and remember candidates as requested
• Creating of candidate assessment forms for suitable candidates
• Searching CV databases for suitable candidates in line with roles requested


• Maintenance of desk, trays, and inbox.
• Pro-active nature necessary as constantly on telephone dealing with candidates
• Some general liaison with clients if requested
• General Office Assistance - and answering of phone
• Reception duties
• Prompt telephone message taking skills
