Make up Artist field based Sales position
We are looking for a high calibre qualified makeup artist to work for a prestigious mineral makeup brand. The territory will cover Dublin and the South of Ireland. Are you sales driven, motivated, someone who uses their initiative, passionate and able to work on your own.
Role objective
To deliver and exceed the company service standards at all times.
To maximize sales and revenue
To help generate new business
Undertake group and one on one training sessions
Key Tasks
Achieving and exceeding retail targets set by the management team.
Offer quality make up consultations
Offer versatile make up for all occasions
Developing our existing clients/accounts
Working with the area manager to generate new business
Cold calling new business
Ensuring existing accounts are aware of any promotional marketing material and products.
Re- merchandise within the spas and salons
Attending promotional days/evenings
Attending beauty exhibitions
Act as an ambassador for the company at all times
Carry out make up lessons
Training therapists on makeup techniques and applications
Knowledge Working knowledge of the beauty industry
Product knowledge for particular brands
Knowledge of market and customers to ensure effective market understanding
2 years experience in makeup and beauty industry
Make-up artistry qualification
Full UK driving license with both photo and paper part
Skills Team player
Customer service skills
Planning and Organisation skills
Punctual/ good time management
Will be able to Identify suitable activities to deliver good results
Self motivated
Outstanding sales experience
Fantastic presentation skills
Etiquette skills
Natural ability to communicate
Self motivated
Natural artistic flare
Computer literate
Communication skills both written and oral
Salary: Euro 25,000 with an opportunity to earn commission + car/laptop/phone.
Please note there is a lot of travel involved in this role and overnight stays may be required. A full clean driving licence is required.
