Hi my name's Damien and i'm a 29yo full-time mature student at Trinity College. I'm looking for a room to rent in a quiet house/flat. I'm not working so would be using rent allowance. I'd prefer a double room, but I can't go over a rent of €100/wk so am more than happy to have a comfortable single. Easy access to frequent public transport is essential.
