For sale is a pair of tickets to the tom waits show on august 1st. my friend and i both bought a pair of tickets each when they went on sale through sheer determination to aquire tickets. consequently we have one extra pair of tickets for sale.

there were some restrictions on these tickets at sale, being that the purchaser of the ticket is allowed to admit themselves and one guest on their named tickets.

consequently who-ever wishes to buy these tickets will meet with us at a determined location before the show and enter the grounds with each of us, though once inside you will have your own seats together. the seats are in block A and were the more expensive ticket.

due to these restrictions and the need to facilitate the purchasers' entry into the show, the tickets will not necessarily being going to the the first or higher bidder but rather perhaps someone whom we feel comfortable dealing with or perhaps someone who might have an interesting proposition.

tickets and monies will be exchanged on the day of the show unless we come to other arangements and contact numbers will be exchanged with the purchasing party prior to the event.

To protect ourselves and the buyer, I explicitly specify that no employee or representative of Ticketmaster nor anyone associated with the performing act, their managment, recording company nor the venue itself is to purchase or seek to purchase these tickets.

The purchaser will be asked if they are in any way associated with the above parties, and their response duly recorded. If the purchasing party misrepresents itself in this way, they will face legal action based on their active fraud. Harrasment through gumtree will be reported
