Partner required for interval training

Hi, I am looking for other females to participate in internal training 2-3 times per week, mostly evenings and the occasional day on the weekend, basically meeting at an oval where we can push and encourage each other to sprint for 10-15 seconds then recover for 45-60 seconds, and repeat this 10-15 times.

Other forms of interval training I would be interested in are stair climbing and skipping rope.

Very good for cardiovascular fitness as well as fat loss.

I really need others to do this with me! I have great intentions but lack motivation....I am in my mid 20's, looking to meet new people and have a laugh. Can't wait to hear from you!
