Ground floor 2 bed + 2 bathroom apartment with pool just outside the front door and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Set in beautiful, mature tropical gardens featuring palms, giant cacti, lime trees and banana palms.

Generous sized living area including 3 seat sofa, arm chair and pouffe (that converts to a single bed) and 4 seat dining table. TV, DVD, Stereo and SKY TV are provided for your entertainment.

Master bedroom features a double bed, a set of wardrobes and ensuite bathroom including shower and bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space.

Bathroom 2 features a freestanding shower cubicle and toilet.

Fully equipped kitchen including fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooker and dishwasher. Dryer and washing machine are in the adjoining Utility Room.

Cots, highchairs and folding beds available on request.

There are local shops within a 15-20 mins walk but basics can be bought at the local service station 5-10 mins away.

There are beach side bars and restaurants if you don't fancy cooking and a selection of other restaurants upto 20 mins walk away including Indian, Chinese and Spanish.

Don't fancy driving then you can get the bus to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona.

* Low season - Jan/Feb/Mar/Nov/Dec €500
* Mid season - Apr/May/Jun/Oct €600
* High season - Jul/Aug/Sep €700
