My client is a newly built four star hotel based in the west of cork.

My client is currently searching for a Bar Supervisor for there four-star hotel located on the west coast of Ireland.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be customer focused and be driven.
Coming from a four star hotel or strong three star hotel.

You will be reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager but as there is no Bar Manager you will have full responsibility for the bar.

You will also have responsibility for:

Roistering
Training of staff
Supervision of staff

Salary: €21,000-€25,000 (depending on experience)
