The two new spacious one bedroom flats are the biggest in the complex and include all new furnishings, wooden floors and modern appliances including a dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge freezer and ceramic hob, plus TV (30 channels), DVD and broadband.


Both apartments have a large bedroom with twin beds.The spacious living area is fully funrnished with a dining table, 2 comfortable sofas and coffee table. Rentals include linen, towels, dressing gowns, tea, coffee, milk and a welcome bottle of wine and bowl of fruit.
The apartment is cleaned and linen changed once a week and towels changed twice a week. Extra services such as bookings for restaurants, squash and tennis, as well as in-house catering and further groceries can be quoted and arranged.

Epsom is famous for its horse racing but it also has a good shopping centre, market, cinema and sports centre all within walking distance of the apartments. It is also convenient for visiting Windsor, Hampton Court, Polesdon Lacey and of course the sites of London.

Epsom flats are £400 per week (£500 during Wimbledon and the Derby week) with shorter rentals available on request
