An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with proven ability to join a fast growing, ambitious and entrepreneurial Main Contractor.

The position will be based at our clients head office inLondon but will involve the occasional trip onto site . The project is a £multi million D&B Hotel Project

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience working on large Decent Homes Frameworks and have a stable work history to apply.

Candidate requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience working for a Main Contractor as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Numerate and strong verbal comprehension
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Skilled in the use of spreadsheet and database packages
- Be available at short notice
