I would like to swap my 3 bed council house in the Knocknacarra area of Galway city to the Malahide, Portmarnock, Kinsealy, Swords etc. areas of Dublin.

The house is six years old with sea views from upstairs and is in good decorative order with a downstairs toilet.

It is very close to schools, shops, pub, park, beach, leisure complex, playground etc. (All within a 10-15 minute walk & 2 minute drive) It is at the very front of the estate with bus stop 1 minute away.

I would like to swap for a two or three bed house or flat in any of the above areas as I want to move to Dublin to be nearer family.
