ASSISTANT GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Guest Services Managers for future contracts onboard a 5* cruise ship.

• Travel is organised and paid for by the company
• Shared accomodation
• 4 month contracts (approximate)

This position require you to LIVE and WORK ABOARD A CRUISE SHIP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum two years shipboard or related experience
• Tourism and Hospitality classes/certifications a plus
• Knowledge of Immigration and Customs regulations
• Cash handling experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with PC based data bases, spread sheets, and word
processing systems
• Demonstrated ability to influence others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Detail oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily operation of Front Desk & Guest Services
• Lead team of Guest Services H/H; follow-up on daily assignments
• Handle any Guest service issues & follow through with GS recovery
• Create daily work schedules for Guest Services H/H
• Implement training and development for Guest Services and Concierge
• Assist in all other areas of Guest Services and/or Crew Office
