Restaurant General Manager

My Client is one of the leading Fast Food operators in the UK and has a long standing high level of integrity in the Industry. As a General Manager in the company you will be responsible for continuing the high standards and quality.

The position available will be managing a busy restaurant within a high footfall shopping centre, this will so require a candidate experienced in a fast paced hospitality environment and knowledge of holding up standards within a brand.
As General Manager you will be managing a team of up to 16 people and responsible for the P&L and day to day requirements of the business. With your experience in the industry you will be aiming to increase this profit whilst upholding the standard expected of the company
