My Client is a newly opened restaurant in the Tipperary area serving modern Irish cuisine in their trendy styled restaurant.

This newly opened property is currently searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Supervisor preferably coming from the Munster area.

The restaurant has become quiet busy since its opening and the owner is now recruiting for a right hand man to take on the running of the restaurant on days whilst he is off and to assistant him in the day to day running of the property.

Very beautiful modern Irish restaurant, the cuisine served is modern Irish cuisine.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 90 people seating, it also includes an outside bar and barbecue with a canopy to cover the entire area.

Someone coming from a high standard restaurant or 4* Hotel would be suitable for this position.

Additional requirements:

Strong understanding of the English language
You must be a team player outgoing and friendly
You must be driven by standards and be very organized

Salary: €22,000-€30,000 (depending on experience)
