This is a beautiful skirt that I bought for a wedding in Rococco in the Westbury mall and only wore it once, It has a layer of chiffon on top and raw silk underneath and covered with beads and sparkle. I actually wore this as dress with a thick ribbon under the bust and it looked fab..You can wear it either way as nobody guessed it was actually a skirt!

The pictures really don't do it justice, it's full of sparkle and was beautiful with Silver sandals on the day It really made an impact
