Second Chef required for North Dublin Restaurant.

What is important is attitude so if you are not already a sous chef, but you are a good chef de partie with proper experience and want to make the next step up, this could be for you.

You will be No.2 to a good head chef.

You will need to be able to supervise other staff and take responsibility.

Salary increase after time served.

There will be 1 or 2 splits per week, reducing to just 1.

Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

Must have a good level of English, and be able to work in Ireland/EU without need for a permit.

Interviews held at restaurant.

Salary 28,000 - 35,000 per year depending on experience.
