The Giardini vacation home is a 55 sq mt apartment, recently renovated, very sunny, and located in a typical venetian lane, extremely quiet and pleasant, where you still can get a sense of the authentic venetian atmosphere, outside of the standard tourist paths. Located on the first floor, the apartment has an independant entrance and can fit up to 4 pax.

The area is know for the Biennale D'Arte, aside from being one of the few points in Venice with vegetation, perfect for outdoor walks and with parks for children. It's just 10 min on foot from Saint Mark's (or 1 ferry boat stop) and is just 1 stop as well from the Lido where the Cinema exhibition takes place.

Nightly cost from 100 - 180 Euro. The prices include all utilities and final cleaning. Linens aren't provided but can be added for an extra 10 Euro per person.

Check-in: between 3 pm and 7 pm

Check-out: by 11.30 am

A 30,00 Euro extra will be applied for all those arriving after 8.00 pm.
