Akamai Technologies is looking for a contractor local to Dublin, to perform server maintenance and be our remote hands and eyes.

Maintenance consists of unracking servers and racking replacements, occasional ethernet / power cable wiring, reseating PC components, and inserting a CD. No previous experience is necessary.

A cellular telephone, driver's license or other form of identification, PC monitor and keyboard, screwdriver and the capacity to lift 50 pounds are required.

Having a laptop is not required, but it is a big plus.
