Restaurant reopening in the Wicklow area, 48 to 80 covers. We require a head chef who has a vast amount of experience in kitchen management, can manage a busy kithen whilst producing a first class menu. Consistency is a must.

This position will be challenging but very rewarding for the right person.

We also require 2 high calibre commis chefs.
