I am an RCSI graduate student and live with 3 other graduate students. House is in a quiet and lovely area of Ranelagh, just a couple minutes walk to the LUAS train, green line, which is just is a 10 minute ride to St. Stevens Green in City Center. Grocery stores and shops just down the road. In addition to all the usuals, house has small garage, wireless internet, home phone and room is fully furnished with a nice double bed, desk, 2 built in full size closets, reading chair and vanity area with a window that overlooks the garden, perfect for sitting and enjoying the summer sun!
