Sales Manager, 4 Star, South Dublin
This hotel would like to recruit an ambitious, highly motivated, dynamic and energetic individual to join their team. The ability to generate solid leads and convert business are essential attributes for the job, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines are also essential. The suitable candidate should be an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Successful candidates will report to the Group Sales and Marketing Director.

Main Duties:
To maximise on room revenue, average room rate and occupancy percentage through efficient yield management.
Monitoring of online bookings and leasing with Internet booking agents, tour operators etc to maximise revenue.
Update hotel availability on relevant websites
Update hotel rates on relevant websites
Responsible for all areas of web marketing & e-commerce for hotel.
Tour Operator contracting and negotiation.
Maintaining strong relationships with Tourism Ireland and Fáilte Ireland.
Attending Trade Shows/ Promotions on behalf of the hotel and sister hotel.
Assist in the design of all hotels literature (brochures / flyers / vouchers / menus).
Responsible for design of ad campaigns and implementing same.
Sales and Marketing administration including but not limited to sending brochures / emails
Provide weekly report to the GM on sales activities
