THE JOB

Work alongside talented, highly successful teams with good tenure. We are looking for a talented and dynamic managing consultant to join both our Sydney and Hong Kong offices/teams. In both cases we are uniquely positioned within these markets with the ability to soften the culture shock of relocation.

Our market is very consultative with no PSL’s and direct access to sharp, entrepreneurial CEO’s. We have a wealth of clients throughout Asia Pac hence the role will involve direct candidate generation, strategic candidate marketing and relationship building. On that basis you will be working 100% in tandem with our research teams and global placement teams to source and close top talent. You will also be extremely visible from a networking perspective and will enjoy sociable, candidate driven markets.

THE COMPANY

We have put a platform in place for our consultants, which almost ensures success and have grown 100% year on year for the past 2 years. Our UK office is HQ with an excellent management team and a great story to tell.

In recent years we have embarked in growth overseas and now boast profitable Sydney and Hong Kong offices.

We have excellent tenure, around 180 years of recruitment experience within our teams, good leadership, excellent systems (IT / Database), heavy investment in support tools, a fully functioning and effective global research team, very low staff turnover, truly global opportunities as well as a partnership programme.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES

*You will be a candidate driven recruiter with a proven ability to work closely with a research team.
*You will be a lead from the front, sales driven recruiter with a proven history of billings.
*You will have a unique blend of cutting ice with high level clients whilst have a deal closing, sales mentality.
*You will have built a team and have a natural ability to inspire, lead and motivate.
