Specification: An exciting opportunity to join a successful Invoice Finance team in Dublin South. Based in the Dublin South office the role is to take responsibility for a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients (some ABL facilities) throughout Dublin, managing the balance between risk minimisation and optimisation of income. This includes undertaking field visits, building relationships with clients and ensuring high standards of service. Assessing financial trends etc. and making recommendations for adjustments in facility.

There may also be a small element of staff management with the role and, as a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide advice and guidance to less experienced team members.
Essential Skills: You will have Client Management experience gained in Invoice Finance/Discounting environment, with experience of applying credit assessment techniques and an understanding of collateral risk.

A recognised industry qualification and experience in managing other ABL products and staff is desirable but not essential.

You will also demonstrate strong relationship building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, together with a high level of ability to think and work strategically and proactively in order to anticipate client issues.
