We have a very good position of Executive Sous Chef in the Midlands. The hotel is in a town location, 4 star & International brand.
We are looking for a Chef who has:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in 4/5 hotels
• Currently in a Sous position
• Possess ambition
• Strong work ethic
• Is creative
• Good communicator
• Understands food cost
• HACCP
• Good team player
