4. Viewing appointments with selected tenants during all time (mornings till late evenings / 7 days a week)
5. Attracting tenants (as to your preferences) and selecting appropriate details and references for your future perusal and safety of property.
6. Preparation of lease agreements, PRTB registration forms, invoices and schedule of condition of the property etc
7. Arranging tenancy agreement, payment of the first month’s rent and an appropriate security deposit.
8. Preparing all documents, keys and deposit to be exchanged between landlord and tenants
