Traditional Irish restaurant/bar in Offaly, we require a head chef with kitchen management experience.

What we don't want:

- "Consulatant" head chefs
- Nursing home, hospital and industrial head chefs"
- chefs with no experience in Ireland"
- chefs who do not know where Offaly and the midlands is"
- chefs with no references.
- chefs with no management experience.

What we do want:

- a senior chef with HACCP experience and kitchen management experience.
- a chef who is happy with some traditional Irish dishes and who can introduce some modern European ones.
- a chef who either lives in Offaly, or can commute to, or is prepared to live in a Offaly, in the more rural settings.
- a chef who can provide a reference or two, or allow a previous employer to be called if necessary.
- a chef with restaurant/bar experience

What we offer:

Starting salary of 40,000 per annum with an increase after time served.
Help with accomodation if moving to area for first time.
Support and a friendly atmosphere.
