Our client is a medium sized main contractor in the UK. They have a turnover in excess of £150million pounds and are involved in the residential and commercial market. They have a number of new projects starting and have a requirement for an experience QS to join their surveying team on a £40million tower project in North East London.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years solid QS experience working with a main contractor. You will have worked on Design and Build projects with values in excess of €15million.

You will be strong on Cost reporting, value engineering dealing with sub contractors. Effectively you will be capable of making money on a project. You will have full responsibility for the project and report directly to the construction director.

This will suit a candidate who is looking to progress to a managing QS position in the Short to medium term.

Salary will be in the region of £50-60,000 sterling. This is an immediate start.
