Head Chef (Modern Irish Restaurant)

My Client is a newly opened restaurant in the Tipperary area serving modern Irish cuisine in their trendy styled restaurant.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 90 people seating, it also includes an outside bar and barbecue with a canopy to cover the entire area.

Someone coming from a high standard restaurant or 4* Hotel would be suitable for this position.

Additional requirements:
· Strong understanding of the English language
· You must be a very good chef manager and be able to lead a kitchen team

· You must be driven by standards and be very organized
· HACCP Trained
· Be proficient in menu planning

Salary: €40,000-€45,000 (depending on experience)
