Transfer Agency Team leader

What the job involves?
• Oversee the day to day activity of the Transfer Agency Department
• Provide guidelines to the policies and procedures
• Monitor the KYC and AML procedures
• Train employees on all aspects of transfer agency
• Managing performance of the employees
• Liaise with HR department to address the training needs of the group
• Establish and develop a successful Transfer Agency team environment


Skills/ Qualifications required:
Ideally you should have a degree in a business related field, 3-5 years experience in TA (1-2 years Supervisory)
