My name is Martin and I’m working since 2002 as Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Class Instructor in various South Co. Dublin based gyms.

I changed career and made my hobby, interest to my profession after years of working the computer industry here in Dublin 1997-2002 as soft and hardware design engineer.

My background is long distanced running and triathlon. In 1990 I took part at my first road and track races I loved it and still love racing, even if it not as that much any more. Between 2002-2005 the triathlon bug got me. Nowadays I do a bit running, rowing, some weight training, lots of stretching and core work to prevent injury and to stay healthy.

If you are interested to boost your fitness level, lose a bit of weight, work on your core strength, flexibility and to tone up or just get a exercise programme to get you going

Training can be held in local parks, on the beach, in a Clonskeagh based gym or the convenience of you home if it suits.
