we are looking for somebody to share a room with a tcheque nurse of 26 years old. She is friendly, outgoing clean, no smoker and professional.
We are currently 8 in the house, situated in dublin 7 (ashtown grove, navan road). proximity to bus stop (37, 38, 39, 70, 122, night link less than 1 min by walk). Proximity to shop and to phoenix parc.
the rent is 340€ monthly and the deposit is 700 euros.
There is a parking, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher. we have a massive leaving room and a massive kitchen, both fully furnished (tv, free wifi) and also a lovely terrace with a barbecue.
