This is a fully equipped commercial recording studio that provides studio time at affordable prices. The studio is equipped with both analog and digital mixing desks, a wealth of outboard gear and microphones, with the option of recording with Pro Tools HD, Pro Tools LE or with the IzCorp Radar 24 (Digital Multi-Track Recorder). The studio has a spacious live room with an attached isolation booth for vocals and amplifiers where maximium sound isolation is required.

The standard price for the use of the studio (excluding engineer) is:
- 120 Euro for a Six hour day session
- 220 Euro for a Twelve hour day session
- 120 Euro for a Twelve hour night session
