hi im mr know it all i know everything ok so i can give great advice on things you wont get anywhere else.i dont take calls and i check my emails once a year so i will eventually get back to you at some stage,so if your job is giving you the hump dont worry ive been in my game 20 years and i know everything. if your a rep great your up my street leasing is great isnt it?? never sell always rent its so fun.make sure to grow long nose hairs so people look straight in your eyes each time it always work to keep them interested. if your a team leader always say one thing then do another and blame them for your mistakes it keeps them alert to what you want them to do. try and think of at least one crappy idea a week to see if your staff agrees with you or not ,shows intellegence.know finally over the weekend learn one really bad joke tell it on monday and laugh really loud trust me everyone will laught with you.know there some simple tips but feel free to get in touch if you need some other tips anyway have a great day
