all mod cons in the house, wash machine/dryer, tv set, wireless internet...
room is very large for 1 or 2 people, welcome girls and need 1 month deposit, earliest available date is 25th July.
the location is in great environment has nice scene, just 2 or 3 minutes walking to bus stops(14, 14a, 48a, 75, 44...) and large superquinn..

we are all students so the house is quiet and especially suitable for students!
