Job Profile
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing outsourced services call centre. Due to expansion, and a brand new client acquisition, we are looking to recruit a team of multilingual technical support specialists to handle calls and emails from business customers for an online well known global brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with business and education sector customers you will receive incoming requests from customers looking to resolve technical issues relating to online web applications
- You will diagnose basic technical issues with web applications and aim to solve problems. You will be responsible for escalating any more difficult cases accordingly
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service to worldwide application users, working to service level agreements
- You will use the internal computer systems to log tickets and track actions and communication with customers
- You will work as part of a team and aim to meet both individual and team goals
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of web-based applications is required
- At least 6 months experience in a 1st or 2nd line technical support role
- Fluency in English is essential
- Other EU languages are also essential – a combination of two languages fluently from the following: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Dutch
- Excellent IT Skills are required
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks
- An effective team player who is able to also work independently
- Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
- Very customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Able to multi-task and organize workload
